LIFE!

OMG there is life outside! I noticed this on Saturday. Thank goodness for spring sorta starting!

Sorry..

It is just much too depressing here in MN to even think about gardening or blogging about gardening. We still have snow on the ground!! I did see that my peony was beginning to come up but its hard to get too excited when I am still wearing my winter coat and mittens to go outside! I apologize for being such a Debbie-downer but this is rather ridiculous with all this snow! Ugh! Hopefully the next post will be a little more up-beat!

I just saw a really neat picture of a black and blue salvia that made me really excited to get out and take pictures of flowers! Guess there are no flowers still with so much snow on the ground, but its getting closer!! 6 weeks and I will hopefully be working back outside!

I realize this is not a picture of flowers, but I just love this picture of my dog. Little would you know he is 14 years old! Somedays he acts his age, others its like he is 2 again.

I recently purchased some bulbs and they are growing! They loved the sun yesterday and I wrapped them in a scarf so they stay a little warmer in my freezing cold house!

Just for the wow factor! this was the winter storm of december!! drifts were hip high!
